EXCHANGES & 30 DAY RISK FREE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
At Tudor Distributors we want our customers to be happy and we want you to have the right product for the job.
Tudor Distributors offers a 30 Day Risk Free Money Back Guarantee with proof of purchase. Due to the nature of the business and products we sell, for a product to be returned under our policy, the product must be unused and in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. This policy will provide you peace of mind when shopping with us.
There are 2 options available for our customers that would like to return a product:
- Exchange: We can offer to exchange your product for another one (e.g different colour) oranother product of the same value. Proof of purchase is required, and product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
- 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: We can offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any product that has been purchased within the last 30 days. Proof of purchase is required, and product must be unused and in a resalable condition. This does not apply to Gift Vouchers. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase.

Your return request must be in writing to
info@tudors.co.nz and we will be in touch. Please DO NOT return your purchase to the manufacturer. Once we have agreed on a process, we will issue you with a return number.

You will be responsible for returning the product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you with an outcome. Please note we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post. Please make sure you send your item using a trackage shipping service.
