NEW ZEALAND:

Small Items: Courier Post (Signature required tracked courier)

Large Items: To be advised

All website orders are processed when credit card/bank deposit payment has cleared into our account.

All orders are actioned during business hours Monday to Friday.

We use Courier Post and our orders usually arrive within 5 business days after you have received notification of shipment via e-mail within NZ.

Delays can happen if we have ordered in an item specifically for you. This item gets shipped to us within NZ and we on ship to you. Sometimes special items can take a week to be dispatched - you can contact us at any time to check on the status of a special item.

We charge a Standard rate of $15 within New Zealand for orders under $150
